Not necessarily. We aim to help everyone.  As part of the application process we do complete a credit search to assess your suitability for the loan products that we offer.

No.  All of our charges are included within the agreed weekly repayments.

 You will not be charged but you should contact your agent to talk about how to avoid this in the future.  If you miss payments frequently our area manager will make contact with you to try and establish any problems and work out a solution with you.

It is a series of checks carried out by our agents when they visit you to discuss a loan.  It is important that we do this to ensure the loan is right for you. You will need to provide information about your financial position.
